At Chakra Wellness, we strive to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery process for all saunas and ice baths. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Shipping Locations
- Perth Metro: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout for Perth Metro deliveries. 
- Other Areas (Regional & Interstate): If your delivery address is outside of Perth Metro, please contact us for a custom shipping quote before placing your order. 
Shipping Process
- Perth Metro Orders: Processed within 1-3 business days and dispatched within 5-7 business days. 
- Regional & Interstate Orders: After you request a shipping quote, we will provide pricing and estimated delivery times. Once confirmed, your order will be processed and dispatched accordingly. 
Delivery Methods
- Perth Metro: Standard freight delivery, with the option for installation upon request (fees may apply). 
- Regional & Interstate: Shipped via specialist freight carriers. All deliveries are sent as flat-pack kits with assembly instructions. Some installations may require a qualified professional. 
Receiving Your Order
- All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If no one is available, a re-delivery fee may apply. 
- Customers must inspect their order immediately upon arrival and report any damage within 48 hours with supporting photos. 
Missed or Delayed Deliveries
- If a scheduled delivery is missed, re-delivery charges may apply. 
- While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, Chakra Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by freight providers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
