installation and set up

Step 1: Prepare the Base
Place the base on a level surface.
Ensure there is adequate space on the sides and back for connecting cables later.
Step 2: Assemble the Back Wall and Sides
Position the back wall near the slot.
Clip the sides onto the back wall.
Slide the assembled back and sides into the slots on the base so they sit firmly in place.
Step 3: Install the Roof
Place the roof on top and feed the cables through the provided holes.
Ensure the roof is pulled down and sits flush with the walls.
Step 4: Connect the Cables
Connect all the cables. They are labelled for easy identification.
Step 5: Install the Side Glass and Leg Heater
Place the side glass into the provided slot, ensuring it sits straight for proper door closure.
Secure the glass with the provided screws and washers. (Screw > Brass Washer > Rubber Washer. Ensure the rubber washer sits on the glass.
Fit and cut to length the provided Seals on the side panels of glass.
Place the leg heater and seat into their respective slots.
Step 6: Attach the hinges
While the front glass window is laying down, attach the hinges. Use the “C” shaped part of the hinge to attach to the front glass. Use 2 glass washers on each side of the glass.
Step 7: Install the Front Glass
Feed the front glass through from the top first, and slot it into the provided space. Use a mallet to push the glass across to sit firmly next to the seal on the side panel of glass. Although the hinges open either way, facing the screws internally provides the best look.
Note: at this stage you may notice you have an extra magnetic seal. This can be used on the front glass corner, however is not necessary and the sauna look better without it.
Secure it with screws.
Step 8: Hang the Door
Hang the door using the provided Allen key. Unscrew the solid side of the hinges and remove 2 of the glass washers.
Hang the door ensuring you have adequate support under the door to keep it firmly in place.
Add the hinge plate and 2 glass washers to the top hinge first. Tighten with the allen keys provided.
Step 9: Install the Door Handle
Screw in the door handle, placing the through bolt on the inside of the door for maximum strength.
Step 10: Install the Oxygen Ioniser
Screw in the oxygen ioniser to the back wall near the small black cord in the top left corner.
Connect the ioniser.
Step 11: Turn On the Sauna
Turn the sauna on.
Step 12: Air Out the Sauna
Leave the door open with the sauna on for approximately 30 minutes to let it air out.
Your sauna is now ready for use!
By following these steps, you should be able to install your sauna correctly and safely.

Step 6: Attach the hinges
While the front glass window (cut for the hinges) is laying down, attach the hinges. Use the “C” shaped part of the hinge to attach to the front glass. Use 2 glass washers on each side of the glass.
Step 7: Install the Front Glass
Feed the front glass through from the top first and slot it into the provided space. Prior to slotting this glass fully in place, cut a magnetic seal to length and attach to the front glass.
The hinge glass goes on the right side when facing the Sauna. Use a mallet to push the glass across to sit firmly next to the seal on the side panel of glass. Although the hinges open either way, facing the screws internally provides the best look.
Add left side front glass panel. Use the same process as above.
Secure it with screws.
Step 8: Hang the Door
Hang the door using the provided Allen key. Unscrew the solid side of the hinges and remove 2 of the glass washers.
Hang the door ensuring you have adequate support under the door to keep it firmly in place.
Add the hinge plate and 2 glass washers to the top hinge first. Tighten with the allen keys provided.
Then repeat for the bottom hinge.
Step 9: Install the Door Handle
Screw in the door handle, placing the through bolt on the inside of the door for maximum strength.
Step 10: Install the Oxygen Ioniser
Screw in the oxygen ioniser to the back wall near the small black cord in the top left corner.
Connect the ioniser.
Step 11: Turn On the Sauna
Turn the sauna on.
Step 12: Air Out the Sauna
Leave the door open with the sauna on for approximately 30 minutes to let it air out.
Your sauna is now ready for use!

Slide the back wall into position, and use the clips to secure the two walls.
Place the calf heater into position and plug it into the back wall.
Add the seat.
Now place the remaining side wall in and clip it in to secure it.
Step 3: Install the Roof
Place the roof on top and feed the cables through the provided holes.
Ensure the roof is pulled down and sits flush with the walls.
Step 4: Connect the Cables
Connect all the cables. They are labelled for easy identification.

By following these steps, you should be able to install your sauna correctly and safely.

Door will not close
This is generally due to the door sitting too low. To fix this, from the inside of the sauna, loosen the screws on the door side of the hinge, pull up and closed. Then tighten the hinges. This should lift the door and ensure the seals meet correctly.
If you are still having issues, check the ground is level, and amend accordingly.
Sauna is not turning on, or one of the heaters is not working
Ensure everything is plugged in correctly. If so, check the individual full spectrum (for RadiantZen) switches and ensure they are all switch on. If you still cannot get the heaters working, please call 0414 596 118 for support.
