installation and set up

What you'll need: the Allen key provided, plus your own electric drill with a Phillips head bit (the drill is the one tool the customer has to supply — everything else needed to assemble the sauna is in the boxes), and a clean cloth plus something lint-free for the glass.

1Prepare the base

Place the base on a level surface, with enough clear space around the sides and back to connect the cables later.

2Build the back wall, side walls, and seat

The walls have timber guides built in, so they slide together easily as long as you follow this order:

• Slide one side wall into place.
• Slide the back wall in — it'll lock into the timber guide against the side wall.
• Fit the calf heater into position and plug it into the back wall.
• Add the seat.
• Slide the remaining side wall into place the same way.

3Fit the roof

Place the roof on top, feeding the cables through the holes provided as you go. Push the roof down so it sits flush with the walls.

4Connect the cables

Connect all the cables — each one is labelled, so just match the labels up.

5Attach the side glass panels

Fit the two narrow glass panels to the sides of the sauna, one on each side. Attach the 45° magnetic seals to these with the longer edge on the outer edge of the glass.

6Attach the hinges to the front panel glass

Lay the fixed front panel glass flat — this is the pane the door hangs from, not the door itself — and attach the hinges to it. Don't worry about which way round it goes — the hinge gaps and screw holes are symmetrical top-to-bottom, so there's no wrong orientation. Each glass face (front and back) gets 2 washers — that's 4 washers per hinge, 8 in total across both hinges.

7Install the fixed front panel

Feed this glass panel in from the top first and slot it into place, on the right-hand side when facing the sauna. Fit a 45° magnetic seal to its outer edge (matching the outer-edge seal already on the right side panel from step 5) — this pairing forms a clean 90° corner where the two panes meet. Secure the glass with the screws provided, in this order: screw → brass washer → rubber washer, with the rubber washer against the glass.

8Hang the door

The door sits on the left when facing the sauna, hinged in the centre (attaching where it meets the fixed front panel), and swings shut on its left edge against the left side panel glass. The door is a single full pane of glass, so handle it carefully and support its full weight — don't rely on the edges alone.

• Using the Allen key, unscrew the solid (frame-side) half of each hinge and remove 2 of its 4 washers — the other 2 stay on the hinge, on the glass side.
• Lift the door into place. You'll need something supporting it from underneath while you work — a second person holding it, your foot, or a block are all fine.
• Starting with the top hinge, fit the hinge plate along with 2 new glass washers, and tighten with the Allen key. Do the same for the bottom hinge — starting at the top makes the door much easier to support while you finish the bottom.

9Fit the door handle

Screw in the door handle, with the through-bolt on the inside of the door for maximum strength.

10Add the remaining seals

• On the left side panel glass and on the door's left edge, fit 45° magnetic seals with the longer edge on the outer edge of both — same rule as step 5, forming another clean 90° corner. You may need to adjust the door slightly so the magnets line up and pull it fully closed.
• Hinge side: fit one long flap seal running the full height of the door opening, on the inner face of the fixed front panel (the glass the door is hinged to). The flap faces inward, so it seals the gap between the door and that panel when the door is closed.
• Above the door: fit a flap seal across the top of the door opening, to close the gap above the door.

11Install the oxygen ioniser

Screw it to the back wall or ceiling — either works — near the small black cord, then connect it.

12Screw on the dust cover

Use the small silver screws provided. Do this last, once every cable (including the ioniser's) is connected — the dust cover closes off access to them.

13Turn the sauna on

Leave the door open with the sauna running for about 30 minutes.

The door is a single full pane of glass, so handle it carefully and support its full weight — don't rely on the edges alone.

• Using the Allen key, unscrew the solid (frame-side) half of each hinge and remove 2 of its 4 washers — the other 2 stay on the hinge, on the glass side.
• Lift the door into place. You'll need something supporting it from underneath while you work — a second person holding it, your foot, or a block are all fine.

• Hinge side: fit one long flap seal running the full height of the door opening, on the inner face of the fixed surface on the hinge side. The flap faces inward, so it seals the gap between the door and that fixed surface when the door is closed.
• Above the door: fit a flap seal across the top of the door opening, to close the gap above the door.

10Install the oxygen ioniser

Screw it to the back wall or ceiling — either works — near the small black cord, then connect it.

11Screw on the dust cover

Use the small silver screws provided. Do this last, once every cable (including the ioniser's) is connected — the dust cover closes off access to them.

1Build the wall shell

Clip the back wall to both side walls — the back wall has 4 clips that connect it to the two side walls, forming the back and both sides as one connected unit.

2Put the base down

, and sit the wall shell from Step 1 on top of it. The base has timber guides at the front of the sauna — you won't need these yet, they're there to help line up the door and the seats later on.

3Fit the back bench seat and calf heater

This has to go in now, before the front panel — once the front panel's on, there's no way to fit the bench in afterwards.

4Install the front panel

This arrives pre-built as one cedar-framed glass panel, with the hinges and seals already fitted at the factory — the only part not yet installed is the door itself. Clip the panel into place the same way the wall pieces clipped together in Step 1. The door position is centred (unlike RadiantZen, where it's offset to one side). This includes the hinge-side flap seal and the flap seal above the door — both come pre-fitted, so there's nothing extra to add here once the door is hung.

5Place the roof on and connect the wires

6Secure the roof

From inside the open roof cavity, screw in horizontally through the roof structure into the tops of the walls, to hold everything securely in place.

7Fit the side calf heaters and bench seats

8Add the timber guards

These fit between the glass and the seats, covering the open cavity underneath the seat for a finished look.

9Hang the door

The door is a single full pane of glass, so handle it carefully and support its full weight — don't rely on the edges alone. Using the Allen key, unscrew the solid (frame-side) half of each hinge and remove 2 of its 4 washers — the other 2 stay on the hinge, on the glass side. Lift the door into place (a second person, your foot, or a block can help support it from underneath). Starting with the top hinge, fit the hinge plate along with 2 new glass washers, and tighten with the Allen key — then do the same for the bottom hinge.
